CIAL Infrastructure Limited (CIAL Infra) was incorporated on 20th July 2012 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL). The Company was incorporated to carry on the business of all types of infrastructure development activities such as development of roads, highway projects, express ways, intra-urban roads, bridges, fly-over etc. and also to act as Consultants, Advisors, Project management Consultants etc. for various infrastructure projects in India and abroad. Later, CIAL Infra started exploring the possibilities of harnessing energy from renewable energy resources such as solar power and small hydro power.
